Are Bouncy's Safe?

Definitely! As long as the Operating Procedures and safety rules
are followed. We will review all safety procedures with you at
the time of set-up.

How much room do I need for set up?

A 20 X 20 foot space with 14 feet of clearance above is adequate.
Make sure overhanging branches are trimmed high enough.

Can I set up indoors?

Yes. Indoor set-ups require the same amount of space. Gyms,
church facilities and meeting halls often have plenty of room. Great
for winter parties!

Can you set up in parks?

Yes. As long as there is a standard electrical plug available.
If no electric is available we can provide a generator for a small
additional fee. Some parks may require a permit and/or to be
added to our additionally insured list. Check with the park while
planning your event.

Can I set up in my drive way?

Yes. Let us know in advance though as there are some special
Procedures for us to set-up on a hard surface.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive your
$50.00 deposit. This amount will be subtracted from your total due
on the day of your event. This deposit is non-refundable except for
weather cancellations (before the unit is set-up). We will call you
before delivery if the weather is in question. We will also discuss this
with you on-site before we set the unit up. Once the unit is set-up
there are no refunds. You will receive a refund of your deposit if you
cancel more than 10 days before the date of you event.

How can I pay for my rental?

At this time we accept cash, local checks(ten days in advance only) and money
orders. We now accept VISA and MASTERCARD. You can pay through
Google Checkout on our web-site, or call us to pay for your deposit or the full
amount of your rental. Deposits are due at least 10 days prior to your event.(Call us for short
notice scheduling) Full payment is required at the time of delivery.

How far in advance should I reserve my inflatable?
As soon as possible. The earlier you reserve your Bouncy the better
chance you have of getting it for the date and time you want. At least two
weeks is preferred. Please call us for last minute rentals to see if the unit
you want is available.


What if it's raining or forecast to rain?

Bouncys can be used during light rain but not in thunderstorms or high winds. If the
weather is questionable you will have the option to cancel prior to delivery.
If you cancel before we leave for set-up you will recieve a full refund of your deposit
or it will be applied to another date. 
Once the equipment is delivered
there will be no refunds for any reason. Rain checks will not be issued.
BOUNCY'S PARTY FUN reserves the right to cancel your reservation
if inclement weather is imminent or in progress.  Please call us at 330-737-3350
if you have any questions regarding our weather policy.

Is there a delivery or set up charge?
No. There is never a set-up or delivery charge for rentals within 20 miles
of BOUNCY'S PARTY FUN in Akron, Ohio. A trip fee of $25 and up
will be charged for other locations. Call us as we are willing to work with
you concerning the trip fee.  (Minimum $150 order for delivery.)

Can I pick up any equipment?
No. BOUNCY'S PARTY FUN is required to set-up and train all
responsible parties on safety procedures and how to operate the equipment.

How do I reserve equipment?

Call us at

you want and follow the steps to reserve online.
You will recieve your receipt and rental agreement via email.
